Curated Candlelight at Rosecliff

In late September, team Stoneblossom spent the afternoon at Rosecliff Mansion in Newport, adorning the lawn with stark white blooms, and flooding the ballroom with warm candlelight. The Gilded Age Manor was the perfect venue for the James Bond inspired feel of the wedding. The design plan celebrated sexy, sleek silhouettes and abundant candlelight throughout the mansion. Our designers worked closely with the couple to evoke a romantic, modern feel from start to finish.

The ceremony took place on the seaside lawn behind the manor, and took guests breath away as they saw the thousands of white blooms that adorned the ceremony site. A lush, dramatic serpentine aisle runner composed of white hydrangea and roses continuously ran the length of the aisle, creating an ocean of blooms that surrounded the bride as she walked down the aisle. At the altar, her groom stood waiting for her on a stage surrounded by a cascading crescent backdrop of ethereal white florals. After the couple exchanged their vows, they made their way into the ballroom for dinner and dancing.

Making a huge statement within the ballroom, the guest tables were artfully styled in pure-candlelight, apart from the head table and sweetheart table which were adorned with stunning full-floral runners that pooled gracefully on the ground. A warm romantic glow enveloped the couple and their guests as they celebrated their new marriage in the opulent ballroom. The plethora of glistening candlesticks and hand-tied velvet bows at each setting created an intimate environment for the evening, and reflected the couple's love of modern elegance.

This effortlessly classic and carefully curated design plan evoked a glamorous guest experience, and made a lasting impression. From the stunning floral arrangements to the warm candlelight, each detail reflected their modern aesthetic. Team Stoneblossom was proud to be a part of this celebration, where every element came together seamlessly, marking the beginning of a beautiful journey for the couple.
