Venue Spotlight: Rosecliff
Imagine your wedding guests being transported to a breathtaking Gilded Age Manor by the sea, filled with fragrant blooms and soft candlelight. This dream can become a reality at Rosecliff Mansion, where the opulence of the Gilded Age blends effortlessly with the coastal allure of New England. At Stoneblossom, we delight in collaborating with clients to showcase the stunning architectural features of the mansion while crafting elegant designs that will leave your guests mesmerized.

Curated Candlelight at Rosecliff
In late September, team Stoneblossom spent the afternoon at Rosecliff Mansion in Newport, adorning the lawn with stark white blooms, and flooding the ballroom with warm candlelight. The Gilded Age Manor was the perfect venue for the James Bond inspired feel of the wedding. The design plan celebrated sexy, sleek silhouettes and abundant candlelight throughout the mansion. Our designers worked closely with the couple to evoke a romantic, modern feel from start to finish.

A Picture Perfect Day in Newport
When you picture the “perfect” wedding, what do you see? Do you see an intimate ceremony in a historic stone chapel, followed by dinner and dancing in the grand ballroom of a Gilded Age estate? For S+R, that is exactly what they pictured! The couple exchanged their vows at the gorgeous Emmanuel church in Newport, then made their way to the famous Rosecliff mansion to dance the night away with their closest friends and family. The talented Erica Trombetti collaborated with the couple and team Stoneblossom to curate the overall event vision and design plan. To truly bring together the vision of their picture perfect wedding, S+R chose a delicate palette of white, cream, peach, blush, lavender and soft blue blooms.

Evolving Designs at Rosecliff
In mid-July of 2024, E+M tied the knot in style at Newport’s historic Rosecliff Mansion. Team Stoneblossom worked closely with the couple, and Lisa at Infinite Events, to curate a design plan that married together a quintessential white wedding with a celebration of color at cocktail hour, transitioning back to a softer, muted palette once the guests entered the ballroom for dinner. At Stoneblossom, we love to incorporate different color palettes and design styles in separate event spaces during the wedding day. Our designers were more than delighted to bring this vision to life!

Designs of Grandeur at Rosecliff
In early September of last year, Stoneblossom had the pleasure of teaming up with Infinite Events to bring the timeless, ethereal, and elegant vision of C+J to Newport’s Rosecliff Mansion. The Gilded Age manor and the surrounding grounds overlooking the ocean were the perfect host to the celebration of pastel petals that created the lush and lavish design of the wedding. An ethereal and intentional color palette of pinks and lavenders with hints of cream and white popped against the stark marble of the Rosecliff facade.
